With the patented and absolutely new interchangeable head system, a wide variety of applications can be
carried out with only one device and with professional quality.
The basic device is one of the smallest and lightest 60 kN battery-powered hydraulic units on the global market.
For the first time, it is possible to carry out the following functions with a single device:
- Crimping up to 300 mm 2 DIN compression cable lugs
- Cutting up to a diameter of 50 mm (corresponds to 4 x 120 mm 2 )
- Punching to ISO 63 diameter size or square punching 92 x 92 mm
Battery-powered hydraulic basic tool will hold interchangeable
heads for crimping, cutting and punching
electronic control and monitoring of the crimping, cutting and punching process.
Baton shape design - single button operating concept for easy use.
• On/off switch with automatic switch-off (no stand-by power consumption)
• Selectable light for illuminating work area
• Evaluation function via visual interface, also for maintenance / charge status of the batteries
