Pneumatic pressing tool
ergonomic shape and low weight combine to provide extremely easy handling - even in continuous use.
The pneumatic pressing tool is intended for series production of individual contacts as well as for use
in switch cabinet construction. Compressed air drive allows for precise and consistent crimping
connections. The integral forced locking ensures complete closure of the device. The tool head, which can
be rotated 360°, adjusts to the desired working position and enables optimum handling. The optional
foot switch available allows the device to be used for stationary work as a table tool.

Safety crimp press
with its newly developed (patent applied for) safety mechanism, this pneumatic table pressing
tool now has an integrated safety valve available. The valve only allows crimping if the opening
between the impact surfaces of the dies is smaller than 5.9 mm. This means all forms
of prescribed safety covers to protect the operator are no longer necessary. The
safety double foot pedal also increases productivity and simplifies use further.
The mechanical pneumatic safety control guarantees a 3-stage crimping procedure:
• Stage 1 holding down the contact
• Stage 2 pre-pressing (can be continuously activated)
• Stage 3 effective contact crimping

Crimping strength: starts at 9 kN and increases exponentially; up to 120 kN in the last millimeter of travel.
